Establishing 15+ pharmaceutical parks and clusters with world-class infrastructure, dedicated industrial feeders, and 24×7 power supply to support high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Creating 2 lakh+ direct and indirect jobs in the pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on generating opportunities for women, youth, and rural communities.

Developing Pharmaceutical Clusters and Greenfield Parks

Maharashtra will develop 15+ pharmaceutical parks and clusters in key industrial regions such as Pune, Mumbai, and Nagpur. These parks will provide world-class infrastructure, including dedicated power feeders, 24×7 electricity, and modern water supply systems. Companies establishing units in these clusters will receive 50% of the infrastructure cost as grants, capped at ₹10 crores per park or cluster.

Promoting Environmentally Sustainable Manufacturing

The policy encourages the adoption of sustainable manufacturing practices by providing financial support for the implementation of zero effluent discharge technologies and common effluent treatment plants (CETP).
